Pekanbaru, Wed (02/04), “Ticket Sales Counter changes into Customer Service Counter”, this is done by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) of International Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru from April 1st 2015.

This is in line with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number: HK 209/I/I/16/PHB.2014 on Improving Public Services at Airport, which states to negate flight ticket purchase counters in the terminal building.

The Customer Service Counters will be provided to serve the consumer needs of flight schedule changes, flight route changes, refund process, and including flight cancellation. (kalvin)
